Responsible for human resource and bi-weekly payroll functions for a multi-site healthcare non-profit organization. Recruit and on-board all levels of staff and provide continuing training and development. Develop and revise policies and procedures and provide consultation to all levels of management and employees. Administer fully insured benefit plans and 403(b) retirement plan. Manage worker's compensation claims and leaves of absence. Member of COVID-19 Incident Command responsible for policies, procedures and illness management.

Provided leadership to a human resources team focused on serving the needs of a rapidly growing organization. Developed and standardized policies, procedures and handbooks. Configured and implemented a new HRIS/Payroll/Time Management system (UltiPro and Kronos). Administered self-insured benefit plans and developed strategy to control expense.
