During my internship at Kaiser Permanente, I worked in the Environmental Services Department. I gained valuable experience communicating with patients during patient roundings, applied my attention to detail when auditing, and performed numerous administrative tasks, such as data entry, communication between departments, and organization. This internship gave me the opportunity to experience first hand the roles and responsibilities of management in the healthcare setting.
