Technical Support Manager
Current- Manage a global team of Product Experts focused on T4 Syndication issues
- Provide continuous coaching and ensure consistent goal achievement, career, and growth conversations
- Build and maintain KPI reports and dashboards to facilitate analysis of the overall team and individual progress and trends
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate customers case trend analysis and/or Syndication functionality case trends
- Ensure continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and case quality
- Build and/or maintain a reciprocal good relationship with Product, Engineering and Product Expert SMEs
