I help talented nonprofit leaders expand their capacity through organizational consulting and individual coaching services. Our firm works with organizations, foundations and institutions serving all sectors of the nonprofit community. My areas of expertise include meeting effectiveness, leadership, board, and staff training and development, data analysis (both quantitative and qualitative), strategic planning, survey design, stakeholder research, and volunteer retention/engagement. In my spare time, I advocate on behalf of the National Brain Tumor Society, eat at as many Charlotte restaurants as I can, and spend time with my 2 rescue greyhounds.
