With over 20 years of experience in education, I have a passion for empowering and inspiring young people across the Virgin Islands. As the founder and president of EMPOWER VI Youth Initiative, I lead a nonprofit that promotes self-awareness, active engagement, mentoring, and community building among diverse groups of students. We create exciting opportunities where imaginations are stretched, passion is ignited, and possibilities are uncovered.In addition, I founded EMPOWER Esports VI, a unique venture that fosters a Virgin Islands esports ecosystem that encourages learning, builds positive relationships, and creates new pathways for young people. Through this initiative, I leverage my expertise in social emotional learning, equity, inclusion, and innovation to transform the gaming landscape and provide meaningful experiences for students and educators alike.
