Used effective communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders, partners, sponsors and broadcasters to secure funding, new activations, increased editorial and promotional support. Managed all agency relationships, pitches and briefings for campaigns involving all elements of the marketing mix (both above and below the line) while maximising ROI. Ensured campaigns and brands were consistent across all offline and online platforms and that sponsor and partner exposure was delivered and fitting with the overall activity. Responsible for creating and implementing company marketing plans to achieve ECB objectives and build both team and corporate brand equity.

Launched a VIP recruitment brand to the market aimed at servicing accounts worth over £20M and developed the full look and feel of the brand. Managed a team of five brand managers, delegated activity on all core projects and reported to the Marketing Director.

Created Network Rail’s first television advert; developed the brief, worked with the agency throughout the creative planning stages, managed the media buying agency and was the sole client representation on shoot.
