Coding has all time been the first love of my life undoubtedly after food and sports. I always believed there’s no magic and everything can be created. My whole existence was surrounded by coding, and I gravitated towards .NET, Angular, SharePoint, and Cloud technologies with Data warehousing on SSMS and Oracle platforms. But, like everyone else, I too have an untold story. Having a well-built entrepreneurial family background in Real-estate, Education, and Textile ignited my businessman skills, and being a foodie my dream of chilling in my food joint and sipping my favorite chocolate cappuccino came true when my food franchise was set in motion. Well, that was one of my victorious chapters and the real spark began when I accelerated my experience in IT from diversified domains essentially Real Estate and Healthcare. My digital-savvy attitude and passion for IT along with my grip on Microsoft technologies made me the Business Partner and CTO of Gharoffice and LeadRat. How could I stay away from my first love at last? I love to dig into common yet untouched consumer problems and solving them with modern Information Technology. It’s astonishingly satisfying to see how complex systems get shrink into small mobile screens yet staying high scaled by making lives easier. I just love humanizing the entire ‘IT’ jargon! I generally avoid selling myself but here are quick things about my work:• I successfully bridge technical and business functions to foster digital transformation. I love everything about the IT evolution!• Managing the company’s market-leading CRM business and maintaining the strategic focus of the projects.• Managing multi-functional teams including IT, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product, & HR.• Leading all the areas of the company’s techno aspects and crucially involved in the R&D process.• Managing alliances, partnerships, and senior-level relationships with leading and emerging technology companies.This is how I sum up my work life. I am a morning person and that’s how my interest in staying fit gets highlighted. Though my love for food tows me towards my favorite platters and my fondness for sports balances it very well. I love all indoor and outdoor sports, but my obsession is especially with Badminton, Volleyball, Cricket, Swimming, and Snooker. The long-term vision of my life is to expand my approach and capacity thus I can provide necessities to the poverty-stricken section of my country and make them well-equipped with their needs.
