While in this position, I was responsible for an array of registration and receptionist duties. I utilized a student managing database for registrations. In addition, I was sure to answer any inquiries about course offerings from potential students. I also used online software to produce mass marketing campaigns. I was able to learn a variety of skills from my colleagues. I was able to learn about accounting. I gained skills in account management, forensic accounting, financial reporting. In addition, I experience in creating file systems. Since I assisted the department, occasionally, I was tasked with leading academic presentations for the departments lifelong learning group, Odyssey.

As a cashier and cake consultant at Pollman's, I was responsible for preparing orders. A large portion of my day, I also consulted with customers about ordering specialty cakes and other bakery goods. This involved me helping with design options. I was always sure to stay up to date with what our bakers and cake decorators offered. During my work day, I also managed receiving the daily shipments from the main bakery location.
