Marsh & McLennan’s Corporate Social Responsibility department’s goal is to strengthen colleague engagement, provide opportunities for client development, work with nonprofit partners focusing on mentoring and disaster preparedness & rebuilding, and support our communities. Responsibilities include researching and writing CSR volunteer stories, managing the global intranet site, assisting with CSR marketing and communications campaigns, and analyzing data for quarterly volunteer reporting. Also during this time, supporting the preparation and transition of a new volunteer and giving platform as well as the restructuring of the CSR programs.

Work on a team of event managers planning and executing both internal and external events. Responsibilities include on-boarding first-year events, managing a portfolio of third party events, assisting with research and recruitment for internal events, handling administrative tasks, staffing events, helping maintain strong donor relations, and working on miscellaneous projects as needed.
