TTLP seeks to transform and strengthen American theatre by investing in mentorships, training, job placement, and long-term support for Black creatives in key leadership positions.

As the Director of Community Engagement, Milwaukee Rep hired me to lead and deepen their existing work with communities and advance their mission to ignite positive change in our community. My work consisted of positioning Milwaukee Rep as a vital community partner and collaborator for our communities most pressing issues. Overseeing community programming with an artistic curatorial lens meant working collaboratively across multiple constituents at a time. Restructured department and re outlined duties to help build more internal capacity for deeper impact.Successfully launched a city-wide campaign, #MilwaukeeSHEroes, to amplify the work of women of color in Milwaukee.Worked to strategically realign Mpact Council focus and committee structure with non profit Executives across Milwaukee

As the inaugural Manager of Public Works Dallas, Dallas Theater Center hired me to assist in co-leading their new participatory community engagement model that engaged over 200 Dallas citizens in the art of live theater. My work consisted of managing artists calendars and budgets, workshop schedules, artists needs, program design, artistic producorial roles and community ensemble cultural excursions. Maintained international partnerships across New York, Seattle and London.
