Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, Leah develops, compiles, and analyzes organizational budget and provides various reporting on quarterly forecasts. She also works closely with departmental leaders to develop budgetary numbers.

The Controller at InvolvedDad is responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the organization. This position works closely with the Executive Director to ensure accurate financial reporting, strategic financial planning, and effective grant management. The Controller plays a key role in maintaining financial policies and procedures, developing funding applications, and ensuring compliance with grant reporting requirements.

Responsible for the financial management, financial analysis, forecasting, accounting, and budget functions for the $4M budget of the School of Education and Human Services (SEHS).
