I grew up in DeSoto, TX among a diverse group of neighbors. This has set me up for success dealing with people from all walks of life. Growing up, my mother taught Family Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, and my father was a Travel Agent for American Express Travel.I’m an HR Digital Product Manager with the Performance and Talent Development team at J.P. Morgan Chase. My role is aligned to a global agile team and my responsibility is to improve and develop performance products which support the growth and skill enhancement of our ~300,000 global employees. I also serve as an Advancement Committee Support Lead for JP Morgan Commercial Bank’s Black Leadership Forum. Our primary mission is to partner across Inclusive Leadership Forums to grow diverse talent in middle and executive level leadership roles across the Commercial Bank. JPMorgan Chase & Co. I’m currently completing a learning pathway for Toastmasters on Strategic Relationships. I’ve been elected as Treasurer for Toastmasters Talk of Downtown Club.My top five strengths are communication, consistency, focus, learner and achiever. I’m most passionate about my faith, my family, cooking, reading and traveling. I’m a huge believer in the power of deep breathing and periods of reflection throughout my work day. I enjoy leading a bi-monthly book club for Believing Restoration is Attainable, which is a non-profit organization that supports single moms and widows. I also enjoy serving alongside my kids in various capacities at Oaks Church.
