• Business valuation of companies using the discounted cash flow and market approach for investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and management analysis and decision-making• Review of valuation reports for financial reporting purposes• Purchase Price Allocation and valuation of intangible assets such as brand names, customer relationships and software• Financial modelling involving scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis and discount rate analysis• Analysis of company and industry historical performance, competitive landscape and value drivers to review valuation assumptions• Discount rate analysis and calculation based on the capital asset pricing model and comparable companies analysis• Preparation of PowerPoint reports providing evaluation of company and industry and explanation of valuation assumptions and conclusions• Exposure to multiple sectors in Singapore, Asia and globally
