- Customer Experience Management: actively lead the sales floor and drive engagement between customers and employees o Guide the team to prioritize the customer experience and achieve store objectives o Handle any customer concerns or issues that need to be addressed- Community Engagement: Support the store leadership team and associates to facilitate a cohesive and supportive work environment o Serve on store’s SPARKED committee which helps maximize store inclusion, enact diversity education, and participate in initiatives that support all voices to be heard- Leadership: utilize written and verbal communication, strong decision-making skills, and demonstrate flexibility based on the needs of the store

- Assist customers in different zones of the store with finding items, purchasing, and styling- Answer customer questions and concerns to help aid in their shopping experience- Demonstrate flexibility in carrying out the various tasks given by the management to help achieve store objectives

- Send update emails to every person (approximately 100 a week) that submitted a CARE referral for a student in need of support- Take notes for the weekly Behavioral Intervention Team where coordinated support plans for approximately 10 students a week are determined by representatives of each office that offers support for students such as Title IX, Counseling Services, Student Support, GWPD, Student Success, Sorority and Fraternity life, and Academic representatives- Assist the collegiate recovery community coordinator in reintroducing and revamping the program:conduct market research and analysis to assess potential implementation into current program,determine necessary resources and training to add relevant services to the program, createpromotional and educational graphic design materials, and develop fresh ideas to distributeinformation on the program to students- Create a reference list of local treatment centers, counseling, detox facilities, and recovery meeting clubs for students in need of services for drug, alcohol, or eating disorder recovery- Plan monthly events for the Collegiate Recovery Community of 5-7 people such as rock climbing, game nights, and movie nights

- Organized weekly sober events for 5-14 women to help them connect with one another such as hiking, fellowships, movie nights and other unique engagement opportunities- Facilitated breath analysis every time residents returned home, and unannounced Urinalysis checks at least twice a week for each resident, Assessed continuous sobriety while living at the house and upheld accountability of residents- Drove clients to appointments and 12-step meetings daily as their sober companion and advocate- Facilitated goal setting with 2-3 clients weekly; determined weekly progress of long-term goals and created- Ran morning meditations every morning where a daily recovery meditation was read and each client shared how it applied to their lives as well as a run-through of each client's schedule to coordinate support and rides needed- Observed and tracked medication intake 2-3 times daily for each client; Ran bimonthly medication audits to ensure the accuracy of medication intake and refills needed

- All general Admissions questions through phone, email, and walk-in visitors- Coordinate more than 8,000 on-campus and classroom visits for individuals and groups- Manage Salesforce CRM database of all prospective students- Handle events management for 8 Admissions Days annually- Supervise 70 student ambassadors to ensure outstanding performance

-Manage scheduling and communication with 71 student guides in delivering on-campus tours and events-Innovate approaches to enhance prospective students’ experiences- Handle administration of all aspects of daily tours- Interview, select, and train all new tour guides to best represent the institution
