Serves as the face of Iowa State University's Memorial Union in directing students and guests in the appropriate direction of their events or campus organization offices within the center. Include but not limited to administrative duties, customer service, information, support and services of Iowa State University.

Basic description: Perform various tasks to arrange and direct funeral services, such as coordinating transportation of remains to mortuary for embalming, interviewing family or another authorized person to arrange details, procuring official for religious rites, and providing transportation for mourners.
