I wear a minimum of 6 hats in my Band Management role for UFN. 1: Creative Content and Graphic Designer 2: Business Administration 3: Marketing Designer/Director 4: Accountant 5: Public Relations 6: Social Media Director 7: Music Supervisor 8: Booking Agent 9: Program Manager, etc. etc. etc.

Graphic Design, Website Design & Maintenance, Social Media and Public Relations. This role included weekly meetings with staff and leadership to coordinate all aspects of communication to the 300+ members of the church via announcements, email, social media, website and interoffice communication. Weekly bulletin design, guest services information tri-folds and online graphic content were all created on demand. Event coordination and Special production were also in my scope of volunteering, including decoration, signage, tech and talent coordination and hosting.

Resuscitated a struggling theater arts program. Lead the organizational restructuring of a non profit theater group. Designed a seasonal program, hired all new staff, redesigned the company website, developed a marketing strategy, secured performance and class venues, reestablished compliance shortfalls, and increased clientele +75%.

Recruit, train, and develop all Worship community participants. Coordinate and Schedule 50 Volunteers for various service opportunities. Website, Social Media, and Planning Center administration /training. Office Administration and general office duties.
