Manage a portfolio of activities across a variety of government and non-government clients. Key projects include the Countering Transnational Corruption Grand Challenge for Development, USAID/Iraq Performance Management and Evaluation Services Activity; the USAID Science, Technology, Innovation and Partnership Learning and Development Support Activity; and the USAID/Ghana Evaluate for Health Project. Other clients supported include MCC, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Lever for Change (MacArthur Foundation). Responsibilities include:*Contractual and financial management of activities, including budget forecasting, management, tracking and reporting*Prepare and submit approval requests to the contracting officer and contracting officer’s representative to ensure contractual compliance­*Oversight and submission of technical and contractual deliverables, including reports, presentations, and training materials, to ensure timeliness and quality­*Supervise project management team across project portfolio *Provide clients and MSI management with timely information and status updates on tasks­*Support the selection, hiring, and development of project staff and consultants.*Assist in work planning process and development of activity budgets. *Assist in development of procedures, policies, recordkeeping, and duties as related to overall administration of projects, including procurements, subcontracts and consultant agreements.
