Responsible for embedding UX best practices at AGL to encourage user-centred design in the context of both agile and more traditional project frameworks. This involved influencing the design process, creating research-based personas and storyboards, introducing UX measurement and contributing directly to projects through discovery, mapping user journeys and sketching/wireframing.

I was also responsible for analysis of user and business data gathered in the research phase to inform digital strategy, customer experience mapping and prototyping (from lo-fi sketches to high fidelity Axure prototyping).
