The Vice President will work alongside members of the university community to fully examine and review the culture, process and procedures to break down any obstacles that could impede student success. Works directly in creating, developing and ensuring that the university is engaged in best practices for preparing culturally competent graduates prepared to face a global economy increasingly characterized by multiculturalism. This will have a direct, positive impact on student educational outcomes and ultimately elevate the value of a Towson University degree. This position requires being a passionate and enthusiastic leader of the office of inclusion and institutional equity, which includes the Fair Practice Officer, Title IX Coordinator and ADA Coordinator.
