• Victorian Institute of Sport (V.I.S.) contracted Psychologist for the Melbourne Phoenix netball team 2003 & 2004, in which they became the National Netball League Champions and Grand Finalists/Runners Up respectively. Furthermore, consultant Psychologist for the V.I.S. since 2022 to support Melbourne Vixens athletes.• Presented my Mental Toughness Coaching Manual for Netball at the Commonwealth International Sports Conference in Melbourne prior to 2006 Commonwealth Games.• Since 2007, consultant Performance Psychologist for Netball Victoria, working with the National Training Centre, Victorian based Australian Netball League Teams, underage State teams and Targeted Coach & Umpire Programs.• Performance Psychologist for Bendigo Bank Academy of Sport, 2003 - 2013.• Recognised as Swimming Victoria’s preferred Performance Psychology consultant 2010 - 2013, including work with Para-olympic athletes.• Since 2011, performance psychology work with Stage Performers (e.g. Phantom of the Opera, Ten Tenors, Cats, Avita)• From 2012 - 2017, Performance Psychology consultant for the Melbourne Golf Academy (MGA). • Workshops for many different organisations including Department of Health & Human Services, Ray White Real Estate, and Port Melbourne Primary School.• In 2017, workshop series with the Women In Medicine member group of the Australian Medical Association (AMA).• Club Psychologist in 2019 (inaugural season) for Casey Demons in the Victorian Netball League in which the Championship team were Grand Finalists/Runners Up. My involvement included assisting in the application for the Club License, conducting Club and Team workshops, and individually supporting athletes and coaches.• In 2019, established the "POST TRAUMATIC GROWTH" program to help athletes/coaches find meaning, learnings, and benefit from every form of loss and pain.• From 2021 to 2024, contracted psychologist for the Victorian Ambulance Clinicians' Unit (VACU) at Ambulance Victoria (AV) providing counselling to AV staff members and immediate family.•
