The Ryan Shazier Fund for Spinal Rehabilitation is to give those with spinal cord injuries (SCIs) and their caregivers the support, resources, and funding they need to live independent and meaningful lives.

Our mission is to promote positive youth development (PYD) in children ages 5-18 through building social and emotional skills, athletic ability, and educational fortitude.

WTEF’s mission is to build life champions. We give youth a safe environment they trust, where they can excel. We empower them to achieve their highest potential by developing meaningful values and critical skills that lead them to life-long success. We do this through a pathway of continual academic, life skills and tennis instruction during after-school and summer camp hours.

Oversaw a program of over 600 children using the 10 and under tennis format. Managed a staff of 16 tennis professionals. Organized classes, camps, schedules, private lessons, and different events. Built relationships with the kids, parents, staff, and many others in the industry.
