Disaster Recovery & Resilience - CDBG-NDR Specialist: National Disaster Resiliency Competition Public Housing Pilot Project:• Managing the implementation of the $35.8 million dollar Public Housing Resiliency Pilot Project developed through the National Disaster Resilience (CDBG-NDR) Program. • Provided policy analysis and support for the $16.7 million dollar (CDBG-DR) Public Housing Assistance Relief Program.• Developing project schedules and working with local-government, non-profit, and state agency partners to ensure that project schedules are maintained. • Reviewing project deliverables and hold subrecipients accountable to deliverable deadlines.• Assisting in the review of subrecipient procurement materials and other records. • Reviewing key program documents which include but are not limited to project preapplications, applications for funding, subrecipient agreements, project management agreements and amendments to agreements. • Reviewing subrecipient and program partner requests for payment.• Managing project coordination consultants and leveraging consultant resources to help ensure that all NDR projects are implemented in compliance with State and Federal rules and GOSR requirements.

Working in cooperation with the Director of Administration: • Created and maintained databases for Programs and Training Department for volunteer certification document tracking and maintained Salesforce records • Installed and implemented add-ins, troubleshoot, records management and backup. Assisted Marketing Manager with event materials and design.

Provide technical support for interpreting and implementing protocols associated with the following as they apply to capital projects: Section 106, National Historic Preservation Act, Section 4(f), etc.Advise and provide basic training on National Register of Historic Places/Historic Districts/Historic Landmark Eligibility Criteria, Nomination Form procedures, funding opportunities for National Register nominated or eligible sites (grant proposals,) Historic Preservation Law and Ordinances, Certified Local Government creation.Research and process National Register Nomination Forms.Research operational grants and other funding opportunities for eligible historic sites and cultural resources.
