Duties include requirements analysis, document creation, testing and quality assurance. Serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development teams. Work closely with the Project Manager and provide user support.• Develop 40 use case flows and their corresponding narratives, and transformed into clear documentation of functional requirements for the Business Requirements Document (BRD), and then the Systems Requirements Specifications (SRS) for the Texas Ethics Commission Electronic Filing Software System, a mobile application. • Create mapping of old forms to new forms ensuring that all relevant data present in the new forms. Importance of mapping recognized by customer by the following introduction at a client meeting: “This is Leah Leveridge, she has been working on the project from the very beginning. She knows our forms better than we do.”• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. • Facilitate user review and approval sessions to obtain user acceptance of Business Requirements Document and Systems Requirements Specifications.• Create and maintain rules driven spreadsheets to communicate with software which generate and govern reporting requirements and report totals.• Participate in data model validation and user testing.
