I thrived to provide a friendly, quality guest service as the face of the store. I helped answer guest questions about sales and merchandise, making sure each guest has a memorable and efficient time while at the store. I worked at the Front Desk, assisting guests as needed with returns, exchanges, and online orders. I aided in training new cashiers as they come in, showing them how to work the register, bag merchandise, and treat guests until they are more knowledgeable and confident in performing to their best. As someone who worked at Target the longest and had a lot of experience, I had been promoted to a Front End leadership position, being trained in managing team members, solving guest problems, closing registers, safely securing the deposit for the day and preparing the money for the next day.

Rung up customer purchases and walked the sales floor, greeting customers and helping with any questions about the merchandise. Attained familiarity with the products and sales to better help the customers and gain more profit from sales.

I was in charge of the accessories of the store. That involves marketing and arranging the merchandise so customers feel a desire to buy them. Provide assistance for other tasks such as marking down clothing prices, setting up new line, customer service, cashier, putting up signage, straightening the store, an putting out as many merchandise onto the floor.
