When I found and began practicing Ashtanga yoga regularly it opened my eyes to a whole new way of life and feeling inside. I absolutely loved, and still love, the traditional aspect of this practice and how it clears my mind and energizes my spirit. Through over 10 years of daily practice I realize I will always be a student of this discipline. So, I take a humble and careful approach when teaching. Sharing authentically what I have learned and understand well in a setting that is welcoming and open to all who seek to walk this path. At Parkside, with the help of friends in this community, I have created, developed and implemented a Yoga program. Offering classes that share the practice of Ashtanga yoga in an approachable, individualized manner while honoring the traditional roots of this discipline. I focus on nurturing the relationships built through these classes, staying consistent in sharing information about yoga throughout the week in our online group and continual growth of the student base.

Such a privilege to enhance dining experiences for guests here for nearly 8 years! Both as an individual and team contributor, you have to work well as a team to execute the level of service required, I was also a shift-leader and chosen for high profile and off-site special events. We were encouraged and trained to develop relationships with guests and create a network of call parties and regular clientele. To work successfully at the Capital Grille one must provide the utmost in service at all times, catering to and anticipating the needs of each guest. Responsible for checking out staff and closing down the restaurant, I also ensured it was properly set up for the following day.
