My passion revolves around the hospitality industry (Food & Beverage). I have ample experience in nearly all Front Of House positions: server, server assistant, barback and hostess, with the latter being my specialty. I currently serve as a hostess, making sure the guests’ first and last interaction at our restaurant is a positive one. My end goal would be to move up in the restaurant industry and work in either Event Planning and/or become a Certified Sommelier. It would be an extension of what is already performed while hostessing, having the ability to further tailor a guest’s experience by guiding them through available options.
