• Pairing and serving food and wine to hotel Guests in several different concierge lounges• Independent and proactive ordering of dishware, beer, wine and liquor to maintain par levels• Organizing, rotating and cleaning storerooms and kitchens, keeping lounges well-stocked and pristine, and food/drink offerings fresh and properly modified based on service periods• Training new Cast on the proper ways to maintain lounges and kitchens on two separate concierge levels while balancing and anticipating Guests' needs and requests • Played major role in renovating/reimagining two different concierge lounges:o Trusted with the opportunity to acquisition new dishware and display standso Pioneered the improvement of standards for higher-end food and beverage presentationso Collaborated with chefs to compose contemporary verbiage for offerings, then created freshly-worded signage and developed new ways to display them.

• Acting as supervisor and first responder to any Cast questions/needs while fielding and remedying the full spectrum of Guest challenges and scenarios at a Four-Diamond Resort • Managing labor and strategically staffing all areas of the front desk and concierge levels, keeping Cast informed of updated information and implementing new process changes• Partnering with Banquets and Convention Services to meet the ever-changing needs and requests of the immense convention presence in our hotel and convention center • Personally devised and launched numerous new and/or improved front desk procedures which successfully improved efficiency across the board.

• Thrive as a team serving as a one-source liaison between in-house convention groups at the hotel and the front desk. • Anticipate and fulfill the needs and requests of the Guests participating in conventions taking place at the hotel including billing queries, ticket sales, dining reservations, rooming requests and anything else concerning their stay at The Walt Disney World Resort. • Partner with and become a reliable one-stop source for the meeting planners and group officials to assist with their challenges and make the resort side of their job effortless.
