I am a leading property law practitioner in MinterEllison's Adelaide office. I advise clients across the full spectrum of commercial property transactions. This includes the development, acquisition, disposal and leasing of various types of property, including commercial, industrial, residential and retail sites. I am particularly passionate about the student accommodation sector having been principal legal adviser to Urbanest for 10 years. I also have a strong affiliation to the health sector having advised on a number of complex site acquisitions and developments for hospital and day surgery projects in South Australia. I am deeply involved in the property industry in South Australia including as a Board member for the SA Division of the Property Council of Australia. I am also a passionate member of the Property Council's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and have been heavily involved in a number of its landmark initiatives including the SA Girls in Property program.
