With experience as a data analyst at IBM creating dashboards in Tableau, honing my skills in data visualization, and building ETL processes for data pipelines on Informatica Power center.💻 Furthermore, I have experience as a product owner in software development projects at a junior enterprise. this experience made me really interested in product management, because bringing together diverse departments within a company, in a collaborative effort to create innovative solutions to solve real problems for people is exhilarating.🎓 My academic background in industrial engineering has given me a holistic understanding of different areas of business such as marketing, HR, operations, finance, and sales. This has helped me to develop a systemic way of thinking and a desire to optimize and maximize value. Additionally, my skills in statistics, business process improvement, data visualization, Lean, TOC, Agile, Design Thinking, UI/UX, customer discovery allow me to approach problem-solving from a variety of angles.🤝 Beyond my professional experience, I am currently helping language learners as a language mentor at IBM intern’s conversation club, where I facilitate sessions in English and Spanish, providing topics for discussion and sharing learning tips with the participants.
