Agency grew from 7 full-time staff members in 2002 to 21 full-time staff members, seven part-time employees and three contractors in 2016. Serve as primary representative for organization with community leaders, elected officials, and donors. Duties include development for and carrying out an annual operating budget that grew from $458,000 in 2002 to $2,200,000 in 2017. Ensure effective stewardship, service delivery, Board relations, human resources, finance, strategic planning, etc. Facilitate effective collaboration of partner agencies including 34 law enforcement agencies, Child Protective Services, the District Attorney’s office, Juvenile Probation, sexual assault nurse examiners, and mental health professionals. Directed the agency’s successful execution of a $2,700,000 Capital Campaign, construction of a 14,070 square foot facility in 2009, and addition of a 5,300 square foot rented facility in Denton in 2014. Led agency in achieving national accreditation, membership with United Ways of Metropolitan Dallas and Denton County, and various awards and recognitions. -
