From my beginnings in the world of data science, I have been driven by the vision of transforming how people work, learn, and connect through technology. This passion led me to found Datzure, a startup studio specialized in emerging sectors such as the future of work, Web3, FinTech, AI, and EdTech. At Datzure, I lead a team committed to building solutions that combine profitability, scalability, and sustainability, always based on data-driven strategies to maximize the impact of each project.My experience in data analysis has been fundamental in integrating a data-based decision-making model at Datzure. This rigorous approach has allowed us to implement innovations such as a tokenization model that incentivizes the active participation of our collaborators, offering not only financial benefits but also a role in the company's governance. This system has strengthened our team, fostering deep commitment and clear alignment with our shared vision.Parallelly, my passion for education led me to create Dawoork, an initiative within Datzure dedicated to democratizing access to data science. Through Dawoork, I provide free educational content and interactive resources on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Podcast, and Twitch. I manage a vibrant learning community on Discord, where we foster collaboration and professional development through training programs and weekly challenges focused on key skills such as SQL, Python, and predictive analytics.Additionally, I serve as a professor, where I teach Data Science and Data Analytics classes. This experience allows me to share my knowledge and expertise with future professionals, helping them progress from initial knowledge to intermediate levels and preparing them to face the challenges of today’s job market.My goal is to continue positioning Datzure as a benchmark in innovation and sustainable growth, creating a collaborative and transparent environment that allows us to face future challenges with vision and effectiveness.
