I have always worked in the service industry, identifying, and understanding what people want or need to enjoy life or make their job easier. I am passionate about people and making a difference. Working for Hope for Tomorrow allows me to do both. Hope for Tomorrow is a charity dedicated to supporting cancer patients by enabling them to gain their treatment/screening in their community at the right time and place, savings time, and money rather than travelling all the way to hospital.The mobile cancer care units help patients fit their treatment/care into their lives, rather than having to fit their lives around their treatment/screening. This provides patient choice, reduce stress, financial pressure whilst helping patients to retain their independence so treatment does not dominate their life.By working in partnership with NHS/health providers we enable them to achieve their national cancer objectives, increase capacity, reduce health inequalities, support best patient outcomes, and help retain, train and recruit nurses within a more streamlined working environment.Specialties: Communication, problems solving, sharing best practise, working in partnership, managing diverse tasks, networking, working well with others to successfully set and achieve objectives, business development.
