With 20 years of professional journey, I stand out at the intersection of industry and scientific research, applying advanced Engineering knowledge to innovate, optimize processes, and enhance workplace safety. I’m a Mechanical Production Engineer, with a Master's degree in Material Engineering and a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering.My career is characterized by a diversity of experiences in industrial processes, including rubber vulcanization, structural composites manufacturing, plastic injection, electroplating, drawing, forging, remelting, primary aluminum production, as well as additive manufacturing of polymers and metals and cast iron foundry processes. I possess expertise in lean manufacturing and project management, consistently focused on operational safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction, always prioritizing the health and integrity of employees.Currently, I contribute as a Professor and Researcher at the Faculdade Senai São Paulo, where I am engaged in research lines covering Industrial Quality, Product and Process Development, Structural Analysis, Thermal Analysis, Fluid Analysis (CFD), and Additive Manufacturing. My work aims not only to educate future engineers but also to generate knowledge that can be directly applied to the industry, promoting innovations and continuous improvements in production processes.
