My main functions consist of serving dishes and alcoholic beverages to customers, taking orders with the Micros/Oracle computer system, preparing tables according to the required event, answering questions associated with the menu and carrying out up-selling, carrying out communication tasks between different members of the team and with clients, and follow all company guidelines together with the BSA Standards

My main duties aims to provide an exceptional customer service during my shift at the restaurant, being communicative and paying attention to details, with sophisticate style. Taking the orders with system Micros/Oracle, being multitasking and willing to solving problems, upselling whens necessary, deliver checks and collect bill payments, with an appropriate time managment in others.As an addition, I have a privileged role during VIP catering, serving group tables during events and among other prominent clients members of royal families, diplomats and government officials, among others.
