I have been a Scientific Affairs Manager at Colgate-Palmolive for over a year, after working as a Professional Oral Care Coordinator for six years. With more than 20 years of experience in dentistry, I have a strong background in Health Systems Administration and a specialization in Hospital Management. I am passionate about bringing Colgate's innovative and evidence-based oral care products to dental professionals, institutions, and consumers in Brazil.In my current role, I lead Colgate's participation in dental and medical events and congresses, both online and face-to-face, in Brazil. I manage the relationship with governments and dental entities, and coordinate the partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and dental professors. I also oversee the marketing and sales program for dental students, and the training of the field team and other internal areas on the products, their technologies, and their applicability in the clinical routine of the dental surgeon. I leverage my skills in new business development, manufacturing process improvement, and customer relationship management to achieve Colgate's goals and objectives.
