I worked during 3 years as Business Consultant in Viacredi, a credit union which is part of Ailos, in the first year i had increased in 50% the client portfolio and the gross profit in 40%. Then i implemented the first exclusive service team for companies, and working together my team increased in 500% the credit sale in the first year of the project. On that time i develop my leadership and team player skills working hard to help my people to achieve their professional goals. After this success project i moved to Credifoz, another credit union which is part of Ailos, where I had the opportunity to work as team leader, representing the company among entrepreneurs and local leaders. I was promoted to General Branch Manager and led an unprecedent project in Brazil which was the Shared Agency, a place where clients from different credit unions could be attended. The ROI of this project was to be paid in 18 months, my team and i made it in 6 months. On those time i develop my analytic and team management skills, then i receive another business unit to manage with a team focused in prospecting and generating business. We were very sucessfull in expand customer base, and increase revenues working with strategic plan based on customer experience. We increased the portifolio from 450 to 700 companies and manage $15,000,000 in credit portifolio, generating socio-economic results in the millions of reais.

Managed a portfolio of 426 small and medium-sized business clients, i increased the portfolio from 200 to 426 clients during that time, improve the operational work process centralizing the bureaucracy in on department and digitalizing part of bureaucracy, reducing operational costs, gaining in efficiency and improving the results of the unit.

I started at the bank working as Intern, in a few months after achieve defined goals and develop my communication skills i was promoted to Cashier, a position that helped me to learn about bank operations, payment and financial products. After one year i was promoted as Portfolio Manager, position which i served an Individuals portfolio with more than 2,500 clients, acted as a financial advisor for clients seeking to generate a win-win-win relationship (client, company, community), my more important achievement was complete the one year goal for insurance, credit card, and new clients account in 4 months.
