I worked during 3 years as Business Consultant in Viacredi, a credit union which is part of Ailos, in the first year i had increased in 50% the client portfolio and the gross profit in 40%. Then i implemented the first exclusive service team for companies, and working together my team increased in 500% the credit sale in the first year of the project. On that time i develop my leadership and team player skills working hard to help my people to achieve their professional goals. After this success project i moved to Credifoz, another credit union which is part of Ailos, where I had the opportunity to work as team leader, representing the company among entrepreneurs and local leaders. I was promoted to General Branch Manager and led an unprecedent project in Brazil which was the Shared Agency, a place where clients from different credit unions could be attended. The ROI of this project was to be paid in 18 months, my team and i made it in 6 months. We were very sucessfull in expand customer base, and increase revenues working with strategic plan based on customer experience.
