With more than 22 years of experience in the port maintenance area, I have expertise in managing equipment such as Ship to Shore, Mobile Harbor Crane, Terminal Tractors, Rubber Tire Cranes, Reach Stackers, among others, with a focus always on the development and implementation of processes in the areas of maintenance engineering, which could support preventive and predictive maintenance processes, in order to maintain the best availability and reliability of the equipment. In addition, I am an expert in managing cross-functional teams, OPEX and CAPEX cost management, inventory management, and third-party contract management.Meeting the demands in maintenance processes and management of safety at work, I acted as a key player for the discernment and incorporation of corporate strategies for maintenance, safety and environment in the companies where I worked.With extensive training and strong performance in the maintenance area, I built a career focused on process management, designing procedures and work standards, which range from basic and essential maintenance routines, to advanced processes of analysis and management of equipment reliability. Working with agile methodologies and Lean Manufacturing, I participated in several opportunities of Kaizen projects to improve maintenance management, which included designing new processes, modernizing planning activities and documentation, implementing performance indicators (KPI's), designing workflows, reviewing operational safety procedures, creating third-party control and evaluation standards and working on the development of the maintenance team.
