Leandro Luzone is an international corporate lawyer, M&A advisor, businessman and author. He is the director of Luzone Group, a corporate organization with different businesses, that includes: Luzone Legal, a business law firm; Luzone Capital, a M&A and finance advisory company; and Luzone Invest, a private investment company.Over the past years, international clients have sought his opinion on various issues related to business challenges worldwide.
