Responsibilities include creating high quality adult learning content for Blackbaud customers. Focuses on eLearning courses created in Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Audacity, and Microsoft Office. Works to standardized eLearning content with templates, scripting standards, and weekly meetings. Leads a team of 8 co-workers with creation of eLearning courses. Responsibilities within the eLearning team include, enforcing template standards, shaping vision of eLearning courses, and mentoring new team members. Featured as the voice talent for numerous eLearning courses. Works closely with external customers to improve the training content available within the Blackbaud Learn Training subscription. Also works closely with internal customers, SMEs, Educational Consultants, Managers, and fellow team members. Seen on the Instructional Design team as the voice of the customer and strives to always be customer minded. Teaches and speaks in classrooms across the US and at conferences such as Blackbaud's Conference for Nonprofits, and Blackbaud's K-12 User Conference. Has experience with numerous leadership positions on the team including eLearning Lead, Clarizen Project Management lead, Envoy, and finally Curriculum Lead for two products (Education Edge, and Blackbaud Sphere).
