In December of 2016 LeAnn and her husband Chris relocated from Indianapolis, Indiana to the Cliffs Communities here in the heart of South Carolina. Proud to call the Cliff’s at Keowee Vineyards home, LeAnn is truly learning about living what was once only a dream! LeAnn’s business acumen was gained in the Information Technology Industry where she worked for over 20 years. This position involved the sales of technology products and services to hospitals and healthcare organizations. LeAnn has always been among the top producers for the Indianapolis based organizations she worked for. LeAnn ventured out entrepreneurialy after her time in computing and started her own business. The company she started was a high-end preschool franchise called the Goddard School. Here LeAnn learned how to run a stand-alone business and deal with the difficulties of the role (primarily parents). LeAnn has a soft spot for all kids and this showed as she grew this business. Over time her love for real estate called and she sold her business and began her real estate journey. LeAnn has been a Real Estate Professional for more than 20 years and is Broker certified in Indiana and South Carolina. She is detail oriented, excellent at pipeline building and contractor savvy. LeAnn is also dedicated and persistent and the best at Client Advocacy. In addition to her personal skills she also has strong technology and finance comprehension.
