Senior Move Management Examples: Worked with out of state daughter, developed a plan to move widowed mom to Texas, including sorting & organizing years of multiple generations of accumulations & recommended resources (car transport, furniture shipper, realtor, etc). (102 hrs over 2 months) Coordinated move for client with dementia and set up apartment with familiar belongings, include the room for full-time caregiver. (32 hrs) Facilitated move of widow with dementia from one ALF to another, preparing floor plan and coordinating logistics with out of state daughter. (12 hrs) Guided family in set up of mother’s 1 bedroom ALF apartment (15 hrs) and organized contents of home for dispersal, including delivery of belongings to client, sale, and donation. (80 hrs)  Packed 1800 sq ft home in prep for ADA remodeling. Acted as liaison between designer, contractor and owner providing updates and pictures. Unpacked and set up new residence including 130 boxes of books. (225 hrs over 7 months) Worked with widower in preparation for move to California, including transport of car and liquidation of furniture and belongings. (73 hrs over 1.5 months) Conducted hands-on cleanout of home in preparation for sale, including profitable sale of remaining belongings and shipping of requested items to client (32 hrs) Worked with disabled client to organize and move belongings from rented condo and storage unit to highrise condo. Supervised preparations for move in (painting, cleaning, etc.). Unpacked belongings and set up new condo. (157 hrs)  Prepared 3000 sq ft home (with 20+ yrs of accumulations) for return of owner. Sorted, organized and moved owner from 1700 sq ft apartment back to her home. (435 hrs over 6 months) Orchestrated husband and wife’s move from 2000 sq ft home of 37 yrs to 2 separate rooms in ALF and coordinated sale of belongings (36 hrs) Provided an organizational “nudge” for a family whose father was moving in with them.
