I am currently working as an Assistant manager for Marston’s at the Six Medals in Middlesbrough. Previous to this role, I was Bar manager in a very popular and fast-paced independent restaurant in Middlesbrough.I have over twelve years experience in hospitality and customer service in manydifferent roles. I have also worked overseas for several years. I have excellent skills in customer service, organisation, sales, administration and telecommunications. I consider myself to be flexible and have the willingness learn new skills. I can work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.I am comfortable and calm when in a stressful working environment.I have the ability to work either as part of a team or independently.I am enthusiastic, positive and enjoy interaction with others.I consider myself to be outgoing, polite, friendly, confident, responsible andhardworking.
