Office of Undergraduate Admissions, OperationsThe position is a vital technical support position in application processing, data reporting & technical operations for Undergraduate Admissions. The areas of focus includes, but not limited to, providing technical assistance to all phases of admissions applications and recruitment data processing and management; supplying technical support to customer service activities; offering technical assistance to prospective students; creating queries and reports for management and other offices for related admissions reports; processing applications delayed in Banner due to technical issues; responding to and resolving Enrollment Management technical support tickets; collaborating with other departments on new admissions technical processes.

• Working with the VP of Sales to maintain current pricing in our LIMS quoting system• Special projects as assigned by the VP of Sales• Compiling ad hoc reports & year end reports for senior management• Training & creating tutorials on CRM functions for the Sales Team• Weekly reporting involving sales incentive analysis• Resolving misc program technical issues• Supervising Sales Data Administrative Assistants• Managing systems to maintain clean and consistent databases• Researching, establishing & managing client accounts in multiple databases
