Clinical Supervisor
CurrentBehavior Analysts maintains a caseload of clients receiving ABA Therapy. Behavior Analysts conduct behavior assessment and design ABA Treatment Plans and Behavior Support Plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Supports. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, communicating and evaluating the effectiveness of behavior assessments, behavior plans and ABA Treatment Plans. Behavior Analysts provide training and support to parents/caregivers. Behavior Analysts train, observe, assess, and supervise the Behavioral Technicians that provide direct service. The Behavior Analyst provides experience supervision to supervisees seeking BCBA Certification.
