Role Responsibilities included:Leading the Instructional Design Team in designing and delivering blended, accessible and effective learning solutions - from compliance through to Product and Sales. Achieved through building a comprehensive performance consulting approach between the Instructional Design team and the business. Leading the Learning Centre - team of 45 Trainers ( 5 state based teams), responsible for delivering all FCTG Induction training ( over 3500 consultants per year) as well as all ongoing Consultant Expertise Programs.Leading The Flight Centre Business School - team of 45 Trainer and Assessors ( 5 state based teams) responsible for delivering Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 programs to all FCTG Consultants.2015 - Recipient of the EGM Outstanding Achievement Award.2015 - Recipient of the Platinum Learn X Impact Award for Best Learning Organisation.2016 Recipient of the Platinum Learn X Award for Best e Learning Design , Gold Learn X Award for Best Learning Project - Induction.2016 Recipient of AITD Excellence Award - Best Implementation of a Blended Learning Solution and Best Talent Development Program.Highlight in this role - Successfully designing and delivering Sabre Training to all 7,000 consultants across Australia.
