Data Support Specialist
Support ProSource's ability to deliver outsourced data management systems to key customers by delivering timely communication and data updating via Equitrac and customer specific billing systems. I work with Cincinnati Public Schools - Equitrac system management - maintain, update , and report on the account activity on customer Equitrrac system (s) (track its) - Communicate with customer locations for necessary data , enter, update, and ensure data integrity and timely reporting. Work with internal assoc. and customer representatives . through all mediums to ensure proper system accounting and account management.Answer incoming customer calls , verify customer info for accuracy. Support Service Technicians with opening or closing service calls. Support Sales Reps with customer excel spreadsheets, service history, and Team Support emails. Input Monthly meter readings. Review invoices for accuracy and send to the customer. Run Meter Reports to obtain correct meters for billing. Void/Reset/Rebill meter corrections. Process daily invoices and sent to customers. Work with Pro Source field software engineers to secure, consolidate, and report on custom billing for one of the company's larges clients UD. Ensure accuracy in data , test information and report, delivery a clear and accurate report for billing and support the customer Strategic Account Manager with data and alerts to the progress and challenges of the system. Work with software engineers to train, design, and test system modifications and roll out to support team as necessary . Identify, schedule and complete training necessary to grow position to fullest potential.
