As a Senior Product Engineer at Ford Motor Company, I coordinated the work efforts of between 8 to 11 product engineers who were involved with all model year product changes for the Mercury Viilager/Nissan Quest minivan. I ensured process worksheets were updated as required for production allocations and budgeting. I led daily concern meetings during prototype build phases involving all disciplines of engineering to produce expedient problem resolutions. I worked with Nissan/Ford Product Management regarding customer "things-gone-wrong" (TGW) or vehicle option wants.

Began career at Ford in a newly developed organization whose sole purpose was to ensure the successful launch of a brand new vehicle line. This vehicle was a minivan joint venture between Nissan Motor Co. and Ford. My task as a Future Model Engineer was to ensure the functionality of 30-60 vehicle parts for which I was responsible. I worked with part suppliers, Nissan designers from Japan, and production technicians regarding part changes. I had to initially complete and keep updated 1200 installation work processes relating to the parts under my responsibility.
