I manage the Display, Refer-A-Friend, Affiliate, Email, Content Syndication, and Paid Pinterest acquisition marketing channels to profitably acquire new customers for the Julep brand. Julep is the world’s fastest-growing omnichannel beauty brand. Taking a social approach to product development, the company launches over 300 Julep branded, toxin-free nail, color cosmetics and skincare products each year. By infusing “tech startup DNA” with the latest beauty innovations, Julep brings products to market 10X faster than traditional beauty brands, launching first with its online innovation subscription program as well as inviting women to shop in Sephora, QVC, and Nordstrom.

I am the primary point of contact for many of Extole’s largest clients. I plan, implement, and manage both long-term and short term projects and campaigns. Many of the projects are focused around technical implementation and involve working in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL. Other responsibilities include optimizing client programs to increase customer engagement, word-of-mouth referrals, referral click-through-rates, email deliverability and conversion rates, and producing best practices documentation and case studies to highlight successful programs and client wins. Extole helps marketers acquire new customers at scale by enabling brands and agencies to turn their customers into social advocates. Extole powers social referral programs (Refer-a-Friend) and robust social analytics for more than 200 brands.

As a Senior Project Manager, I planned and executed complex social referral and marketing programs. Facilitated project scope, goals, and deliverables across both internal and client design, marketing, engineering and operations teams. Tracked project timelines, lead communication, oversaw the quality assurance process, and identified solutions to project roadblocks. In two years, I helped increase average launch velocity, raise client NPS scores, as well as identify strategic growth opportunities within the accounts.

I developed and managed analytics data warehouses and online reporting systems for Fortune 1000 clients. I worked closely with the clients to collect marketing campaign response data, validate data, and then analyze that data using SQL.
