About Leanne James

I graduated from the University of Leeds with a first class honours degree from an Integrated Masters in Chemistry with Industry experience in 2017. During the third year of my degree, I spent my time on placement at The Lubrizol Corporation, completing a laboratory technician role. Following the completion of this placement, I was then offered a position to return to Lubrizol when I graduated from University. I currently hold a Project Manager role at Lubrizol and manage up to 25 technical projects at a time working with multi-million-dollar budgets.I am a highly motivated individual, that thrives on new challenges and is always achieving results in the most efficient way. I am a quick learner and can prioritise and organise my work load effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes. I have proven capabilities of working both individually and as part of a global team and leading discussions between all levels of a company.
