I manage specific customer projects to help each customer achieve their own unique requirements and deliver results to them in a fast, efficient and accurate manner.I am a key contributor as part of the core team on product developments within the Engine Oils Heavy Duty team, and work to create formulations that are required to meet many specification targets with a constantly evolving market that we have to regularly adapt to.As part of my role I manage up to 25 projects at a time, working with multi-million-dollar budgets and achieving results within the budget and timescale requirements agreed.
