Collects the various patterns of publications, research reports and internal data to conducts in-depth industrial benchmarking analyses and forecasts to assess company’s SWOT, and industrial trend (including pricing, supply vs. demand, inventory level and cost structure etc.) to support business decisions（including strategy, operation and financial arrangement etc.）. Studies security-related laws to identify risks to proactively ensure compliance on legal and regulatory matters that affect shareholders and the company. Prepares, organizes and oversees the Shareholder Meetings, Board Meetings and Supervisory Committee Meetings to ensure highest level of corporate governance.Responsible for company investor relations that integrates finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to enable the most effective two-way communication between the company, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, shareholders, investors, financial analysts from investment banking, media and other constituencies, which ultimately contributes to achieve a fair valuation of the company's securities.Holds press conferences, private meetings with investors and maintains company website to communicate the corporation broader strategies and ensure that the image of the company is maintained in a cohesive fashion.
